Good choice and here in Qld (with some companies) a 3% discount off insurance because of the colour (or lack of it). My NA was Crystal white and I loved it, it almost never looked dirty even when it really was.

Mine's white - I love it.

But she's got more than 80k and she isn't for sale.

Note - I bought mine two years old with 54k on the clock.

Actually - there are at least three white NB8B registered here in Canberra. Two are in the club (and only a suburb apart) and I once saw the other on the south side. Was waving like mad expecting it to be Mal's car (EMM62) but then realised it didn't have an intercooler.

If you come to new Parliament house on Sunday at about 9.15 am you should see two of them. From about 10:30 we should have moved onto Old Pariament House. Come join us for a coffee in the courtyard cafe.

I have never been asked the colour of my car. And I thought I tried all the companies when I lived in Qld :!:. Logically silver should be the most expensive to insure as it is the hardest to see. But when was logic ever allowed to confuse the issue :roll:

And besides, no colour would be black. White is all the colours.

Actually, I thought Black was simply the absence of light or of ANY colour.

In fact, black is NOTHING!

Yep, it's owned by me now, and I get alot of comments on how good it looks, so the whole "white sportscars suck" rule doesn't ALWAYS apply... :mrgreen: :roll:

In Canberra for a few days. Saw a very nice white NB8B at old parliment house today.

Canberra seems to be MX5 central. They're everywhere.

Might try and get down to the cafe at old parliment house for a coffee to say hi to you guys if I can pursude the financial controller.
