Shiny! Is it a lighter shade than the OEM Red?

Paint is very faded, wonder how much a respray would cost?

). Probably a frustrating time to have purchased with the limitations on driving at the moment. There's an
SE Owners Register you can add your details to. You'll find just about any info you need on the SE on here, and what isn't here will be on
Miata.net. Anything you can't find an answer to, someone will help out, great bunch of people.
Thank you both for the welcome. I actually found my way here looking for the manuals, so I had them before joining! I'll make my way around the forum eventually, find out how it ticks.
You're right, it hasn't been an ideal first few months of ownership. When I first bought the SE and eventually drove it down to Canberra, the last 150ks was in a smoke haze with visibility down to a couple of hundred metres; we were watching daily air quality readings. Now Coronavirus. I'm looking forward to a time when going outside isn't a health risk!

MT FRANKLIN.jpg
Mount Franklin Central Victoria, an extinct Volcano where you can drive into the Caldera.
Beautiful in the Autumn.

That's a very nice shot with all those colours working together, including the 'blue' sheen on the windscreen.
Do you have the full body shot of that?
Always liked yellow for a sports car.
Tamaiya, body looks great but wheels need a clean?

Tamalya - faded paint - cost of respray. Just go to a paint shop and get some quotes. If a pro is doing it then a 2 pack system is going to be the best choice as it will last a long time. Paint fade on red and yellow was a problem on lots of older cars. PS the car still looks good in a photo.
Gregs car is my favourite colour for the NC- it just seems to suit the car- my NC is red and its my second choice- a wonderful bright red. My dark blue NB looked good but a very poor colour for visibility in a sports car which needs to be seen.

Rocky, Mt Franklin is an extinct volcano that is located 10 klm's Nth of Daylesford, it erupted about 470,000 years ago the outer has been planted with pine trees and the 50 acre caldera is covered in deciduous trees, a project that occurred in an effort to stop erosion after a devastating bushfire in 1944, today the plantings in the caldera create a magnificent autumn display.
