Seems like a pretty low-effort "special" edition for such a big milestone.

Cannot wait to see the price of a couple of badges and a touch of colour.

The company formerly Toyo Kogyo renamed itself.

Mazda is the Persian word for light!

Miata is an archaic German word for mateship!

So Mazda Miata is light mateship!!!

I think there is something in that for everyone. :D

I don't think a Puce soft-top would sell it to me.
In any case, Puce works better with silver grey or Titanium.

Wow- underwhelming.
Mazda "light"- yep -Mazda was a brand for bulbs for domestic lamps. We used to make bulbs here including Philips and some automotive bulbs - now we dont make anything.

I wonder if it would sell if the white was a lot more yellow like the original car? In a quirky way it might work.

Think I'd prefer a 25th anniv NC over this one. I like ND's, but this "special" ain't so special.

100 years? A bold milestone to celebrate considering that Mazda made its first car 60 years ago. For the 40 years prior, Toyo Kogyo was a general manufacturer best known for making cork boards (briefly), tooling machines, 3-wheeled trucks (ie. motorised rickshaws), air compressors, rock drills, rifles & munitions, and machine tools. Where is the 100th anniversary cork notice board?

I would seriously consider buying this if they made it! The car? Not so much. A special edition needs to be more than paint and some accents.

100 years it is a fine milestone for a manufacturer and we saw a few of those in the car business or those making components for that industry. You would really think that Mazda could do something pretty special for that milestone.

Great colour scheme (I did it first with my NA8! haha), but c'mon, where's the RX-9?
[b]Then: Sunlight Silver NB8B
Now: Chaste White NA8
