Does NA8 rear garnish panel fit early NA??

Have NA8 panel, understand it will probably need adapting number plate light wiring just need to know if it will fit early NA6.

That is the same rear garnish panel as the yellow na6 you sold me in 2015.
Pre mid 1991 na6 have the other panel with the lights on the side of the rego plate.
However, there does seem to be some randomness as to year/panel in NA6's.

I believe they are interchangeable, but you need to change the lights as well. I recall asking the same question many moons ago, but can no longer find the thread.

I thought the change to the Euro-style panel was around '93, so it was just very late NA6s and all NA8s.
