so what causes the bent rods?

the HP ? or torque ?

id be inclined to say the torque .

but I'm seriously asking.

I have a N/A motor with the same power levels .Achieved through different means.
except my torque level is like 40Nm less than the standard SP

i have a set of Forged rods under my bed.... not installed.

just wondering if I should

When poorly tuned, knock.
When tuned properly, torque.
