I agree with the others and would not be replacing the loom. Both the Haynes and MX-5 Enthusiasts books have wiring diagrams that cover 80%+ of our cars, as well as resouces on this and the miata.net forum.

If the door locking is an issue I would just disconnect the cental locking actuator from the alarm. You should be able to do this without getting behind the door panel. I think that in our small cars central locking is not a necessity.

The alarm will have two "trigger" wires that come out of it, and run to the relay setup for the central locking. Finding which wires do what is the problem though...

By then you will have to figure out where you want the wireless enabled datalogger to go :lol:

Seriously, it isn't that hard to trace and fix your problem. 8)
