This is so cool! I go back to old days of working for a small business where one guy would work out the board design, and then use letraset to create an artwork of the circuit, which I would then use to expose the board. I'd develop / fix and wash the board - similar methods to printing photos - and I'd then make sure the remaining tracks were solid (they'd peel off if over developedor not properly fixed. Then whoever was "spare" would drill the component leg holes, and we'd fit and solder all the components. Was only a two/three man business, but we produced quite a bit for small manufacturers over the years.
