Moving to SA

Postby kris » Fri Aug 30, 2013 3:22 pm

Hey Guys,
I am moving to SA and wondering what the SA MX5 club is like, in particular the track side of things.... I did a quick goggle and found Mallala- looks like a nice bit of road :)
I thought I would try the forum first before I drop the club secretary and email!
Cheers,
kris

The clubs pretty active in general, theres a small group of us who compete regularly in the various motorsport events. The links below should answer a few questions.

The club is active as rossint said. Check out the events page on the mx5 club of sa website. I recently joined and have found everyone very helpful. I did my first sprint last weekend with a few of the guys who were very helpful and knowledgeable. They tell me there is a group who regular the sprints and hillclimbs too.

Go for it I say!

Adelaide has beautiful driving roads. No traffic jams, and you can live in the hills only 20mins from the city...and it's beautiful driving through the hills.
