I set a 62.96 last weekend which is the current MX5 lap record. I actually completed a 62.60 lap but it was dropped by the officials for exceeding track limits (see lap no 3). I'm not sure I'm going to be able to get my car much faster than this, maybe with the sequential I might gain some time.
Some of the time dropped was due to lifting the rev limiter to 9000 and the new track surface, though I'm running on fairly hold Advan A050s.
The video was filmed with a GoPro Fusion 360 which is a pretty awesome camera for motorsport as you can look in all directions.
